Sobrasada de Mallorca Spicy Gold Label
It is the most common sobrasada format. It is made through the traditional process adding the necessary spices that obtain a spicy and irresistible flavor, with its respective curing process of approximately six to twelve weeks.
Prepared with meat from the white pig of Balearic origin, which is called "Sobrasada de Mallorca"
Ingredients: bacon and lean pork, paprika, salt, dextrose, natural aroma of rosemary and antioxidants (extract rich in tocopherols, fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).

This product does not contain as an ingredient or adjuvant any of the allergens present in food products defined by the European Union (EU Regulation 1169/2011):
