These general conditions of sale regulate all relationships between:
the company Atika Sabores S.L, (hereinafter, "Sobrasadas.com")
and its user clients ("The client").
Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges knowing and declares accepting these conditions from the moment they click on the Accept button.
1 / Particular conditions of sale
The client acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, details of the products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The realization of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
2 / Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button "I accept the general conditions of sale and make the payment" in the menu bar.
Sobrasadas.com automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The customer must print and send to Sobrasadas.com duly signed the purchase request for orders over 500 euros (cost of goods, VAT included) that appears on the screen. Likewise, the client must attach these general conditions of sale on paper, duly signed. Otherwise, orders over this amount will not be taken into account and will not be legally valid.
3 / Order confirmation
Sobrasadas.com confirms the acceptance of your order to the customer through the means that he chooses: email, fax or postal mail. The sale will not end until the company Sobrasadas.com confirms the order.
Sobrasadas.com reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for a specific reason such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received (eg: illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. Sobrasadas.com will inform the client.
No new orders can be made until the customer has made the payment of the sums due for the previous orders. Likewise, the ownership of the merchandise will not be completely transferred until the company Sobrasadas.com receives the sums owed by the client.
4 / Order shipping conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of ordering. Sobrasadas.com reserves the right to use all the necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made only in the territory of Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands). Shipments to the Canary Islands: By accepting the general conditions, the client agrees to pay customs fees.
5 / Delivery times
Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 8 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be available again or we will propose an equivalent replacement product. Delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.
6 / Shipping costs and receipt of orders
When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which he / she may include all the observations he / she deems necessary. By signing the receipt sheet, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the client observes damaged products or the lack of products, he must make a claim in the Customer Relations Service by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Sobrasadas.com, C /: Vista Alegre nº 13 Bajos C, Palma de Mallorca 07015 BALEARIC ISLANDS.
Any event such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or extinction of the obligations of the Sobrasadas.com society without compensation for the benefit of the client if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the client will be fully and automatically exempted from their obligations regarding their order.
Sobrasadas.com will inform the client through any appropriate means and on the same day that said event occurs so that he can freely cancel his orders by replying by post or e-mail once the event has been notified.
When the delivery of the merchandise to the client cannot be made due to the latter, Sobrasadas.com reserves the possibility of billing him for preparation costs of 15 euros (VAT included).
7 / Price and payment terms
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Sobrasadas.com. Payment for products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment on our provider's server. The charge on the customer's credit card will be made in euros 2 days after the acceptance of the order by Sobrasadas.com retains ownership of the products until the customer pays the price of the products and services in full.
8 / Product sheet
The photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information provided by the manufacturer. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minor and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.
9 / Warranty
The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects in the products sold. All of our products are manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the warranty will not be valid if failure or damage occurs due to improper handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The buyer should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.
10 / Right to return the goods and withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing to email@example.com, providing us with your name, address address, your telephone number, your fax number and your email address), your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
